Abstract


Penelitian ini membahas tentang arti penting metode pembelajaran partisipasi dalam pelatihan pembentukan karakter sebagai metode yang efektif untuk membangun motivasi dan kreatifitas sehingga terjalin kerja sama dan upaya saling mendukung satu sama lain. Tujuan dari penelitian kualitatif dan survei studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui persepsi peserta tentang keefektifan pelatihan pembentukan karakter dengan metode pembelajaran partisipasi. Sampel penelitian adalah sepuluh peserta dan seorang pelatih dari purposive sample, dan alat pengumpulan data utama berupa wawancara semi terstruktur. Temuan dalam penelitian berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan peserta terdapat komentar positif atau penilaian yang baik yang terjadi selama pelatihan dan rasa hormat, sopan, dan perilaku mendukung yang ditunjukkan oleh peserta ketika berinteraksi dengan peserta lain
